Welcome to Synplex

Synplex is an inventory management platform for Shopify stores. It connects to your store, imports your sales history, builds demand forecasts, and uses them to tell you what to order, how much, and when — across every product, variant, and location.


What Synplex does

  • Demand forecasting — builds per-variant, per-location forecasts from your Shopify order history
  • Replenishment planning — calculates reorder dates, stockout dates, and recommended order quantities using a 365-day inventory simulation
  • Purchase order management — create and track POs with landed costs, shipment receiving, and optional Shopify inventory sync
  • Transfer order management — plan and execute stock movements between locations
  • ABC/XYZ classification — ranks every product by revenue contribution and demand predictability
  • Alerts and reporting — configurable alerts for stock events, scheduled reports, and a KPI dashboard
